The legacy corporate portal fragmented cash visibility across multiple regional accounts. The business imperative was to architect a unified global treasury dashboard that accelerated decision-making for CFOs while streamlining bulk payment operations for AP/AR teams, ultimately increasing the platform's daily processing volume.
Corporate users live in complex datasets. Instead of consumer-style whitespace, I championed a high-density, highly customizable data table approach. I integrated advanced filtering, predictive search, and exception-flagging functionalities, drastically reducing cognitive load for users reconciling thousands of daily transactions.
Navigated complex enterprise authorization matrices to design a frictionless Maker/Checker workflow. I led the UX strategy to ensure clear segregation of duties, allowing operational staff to build bulk payment batches efficiently while providing executives with secure, single-tap approval mechanisms.
Recognized that the portal must integrate perfectly with native ERPs (SAP, Oracle) for host-to-host connectivity. The workflow handles exception management while API calls manage bulk transfers silently in the background.
Empowering executives with unified cash visibility, multi-currency liquidity forecasting, and real-time operational snapshots.
Optimized for Straight-Through Processing (STP) and multi-tier Maker/Checker approvals with built-in fraud prevention checks.
The redesigned workflows increased Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates significantly, minimizing manual operations. Combined with strict WCAG compliance and clear error states, the new bulk validation UX drastically reduced payment formatting errors—accelerating client reconciliation times and lowering the bank's operational overhead.
